From Georgia, this All-Around Cowboy brought home the Junior Boy Breakaway World Championship.  Houston said “it felt great but was very nervous” while competing for this title.  Though it wasn’t his first time loading up a new saddle at the end of the rodeo season as he was the Alabama Little Britches Rodeo year end champion and won three All-Around Cowboy titles when in the GA Junior Rodeo Association. 
Houston shared this title with his four-legged athlete Cisco, a 14-year-old gelding that his been in his family since he was two.  Cisco started as his moms breakaway horse and has since helped Houston win the three previously mentioned All-Around titles and most recently his World Championship.
Staying busy fishing, hunting and buying and selling calves, Houston will continue “putting God in first place and practicing everyday” in hopes of winning another World Title.
